Turkey Day +1

OK - I know you ate too much yesterday, like I did. So, in order to help you not feel so bad about eating so much, I researched a lot this morning about calorie burning and what activities would be best to do the day after Thanksgiving - this is assuming that you're not insane and went shopping early this morning which would burn quite a bit of calories (especially if you got into any fights...). Without further ado - here goes:

Proper weight control cannot be attained by dieting alone; however, calories can be burned by the hundreds by engaging in strenuous activities that do not require much (or any) physical exercise. And this is especially true if you are spending the holidays with extended family. ;) hahahahaha - jk...

Here's the guide to calorie-burning activities and the number of calories per hour they consume.
Beating around the bush . . . . . . . . .75
Jumping to conclusions . . . . . . . . . 100
Climbing the walls . . . . . . . . . . . 150
Swallowing your pride. . . . . . . . . .50
Passing the buck . . . . . . . . . . . .25
Pushing your luck. . . . . . . . . . . 250
Making mountains out of molehills. . . 500
Hitting the nail on the head . . . . . .50
Bending over backwards . . . . . . . . .75
Running around in circles. . . . . . . 350
Pulling your hair out. . . . 250
